Legal Assistant

What will you be doing?

As a Legal Assistant, you support the lawyers in the department, focusing on the administration and archiving of the agreements concluded by Armada Music. You also handle the financial processing of contract data and liaise with artists and their management, serving as a key link between various departments.

• Draft and negotiate basic agreements;
• Keep track of expiring agreements;
• Be responsible for creating various internal reports;
• Administrate and archive agreements;
• Take care of catalog administration;
• Summarize the core terms of contracts in Royalty Summary Memos (RSM).

• You have a relevant degree (HBO level or higher) in law;
• You have 1-3 years of experience in a legal position;
• You have knowledge of contract management systems;
• You have good knowledge of Excel;
• You have a good numerical understanding and well-developed analytical ability;
• You work independently, but are also a team player;
• You have good attention to detail and are able to multitask;
• You are a master of English and Dutch languages in word and writing;
• You preferably live in or around Amsterdam.
