Position: Hospitality & Office Assistant | Part Time - 12 month FTC

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Hospitality Support professional to assist the Office Manager in our “Home of Loyalty” Amsterdam office maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. This role is essential in ensuring the office is fully prepared for the start of each workday and runs smoothly throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Office Preparation & Maintenance

  • Arrive early to prepare the office for the workday
  • Open and set up shared spaces (kitchen, meeting rooms, common areas)
  • Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

Cleaning & Organization

  • Perform light daily cleaning tasks (wiping surfaces, organizing spaces, etc.)
  • Identify areas that require cleaning and take initiative to address them
  • Monitor overall office cleanliness and escalate deeper cleaning needs if necessary

Kitchen & Facilities Support

  • Load and unload the dishwasher daily
  • Ensure kitchen areas are clean, stocked, and organized
  • Take out trash and recycling as needed

General Support

  • Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day operational needs
  • Help maintain a welcoming environment for employees and visitors
  • Support basic office logistics as required

Working hours:

7/8 AM to 12/13 PM

  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Positive attitude with a team‑oriented approach
  • Flexibility during specific or peak periods
  • Fluent in English
Nice-to-haves
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Dutch language skills are a plus
