Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional with a passion for winning new business and reigniting dormant relationships? At Colt, we're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to lead growth across low-penetration, low-spending, and dormant large enterprise accounts in the Netherlands — with a sharp focus on new logo acquisition.
This is a strategic role suited to someone who thrives on challenge, is commercially astute, and has a proven ability to open doors and build long-term value. We're looking for someone with the mindset and capability to lead complex engagements and deliver real business outcomes.
What we're looking for
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Proven success in new business development, ideally in telecoms, IT services, SaaS, or digital infrastructure.
Experience engaging large enterprise customers with a consultative, outcome-based approach.
Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with strategic sales methodologies.
A self-starter mindset with a hunter mentality and a passion for unlocking growth. xktqrzv
