Alliances & Channels Intern – The Ecosystem Builder

We are the North Alliances & Channels team at Salesforce, based in Amsterdam, working across the Nordics, Benelux, and Switzerland. Our role is to build and grow relationships with top IT companies—consultants, agencies, and tech partners—so we help our customers gain maximum value from Salesforce. We run events, create joint marketing campaigns, support big deals, and bring partners along on our journey into AI.

You are here to learn, contribute, and grow. As an Alliances & Channels intern, you will support events, workshops, and marketing campaigns while gaining a front‑row seat to how a global tech company builds partnerships experience needed—just curiosity, energy, and a willingness to jump in.
What You'll Do- Help plan and run partner events like Hackathons, Demo Jams, and Account Jams
- Support co‑marketing campaigns with partners across the region
- Handle logistics, communications, and follow‑up to ensure events run smoothly
- Prepare materials for partner meetings and strategy sessions
- Track activities and results using Salesforce’s own tools
- Learn to use AI tools (like Agentforce) to work smarter and faster
- Shadow and work alongside experienced Partner Managers and Marketing leads
- Join team calls, partner meetings, and regional initiatives across six countries
- Build real skills in marketing, business strategy, and big‑tech partnership dynamics
- How a global tech company grows through partnerships and teamwork, not just selling directly
- The meaning of demand generation and how to help drive it in a B2B world
- How to organize and execute events and campaigns that actually land
- How to use AI tools in a professional environment
- The experience of working in a real corporate environment

Qualifications- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at a Dutch university
- On track to graduate in 2027
- Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
- Available 20 hours/week from September 2026 through January 2027
- Based in Amsterdam
