This is a one-year contract position with the possibility to extend it (up to 20 hours/week).
What you’ll do- Provide overall support on office management (day-to-day) and internal events
- Contribute to maintaining a quality work environment
- Manage relationships with sub-tenants (contracts, invoices, daily requests)
- Develop and implement permanent fit-out and furniture renewal/replacement
- Manage office budget and meeting room reservations/schedules
- Be the day-to-day contact for service providers and ensure proper delivery and performance of services
- Participate in organizing internal events and travel arrangements for the management team
- Self-starter, proactive, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- Cheerful with energetic communication
- Trustworthy with a high level of confidentiality
- Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Comfortable with numbers, with a good command of Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
- Nice to have: front desk experience
