Supply Chain & Operations is a crucial part of the Strategy & Consulting practice. The team plays a vital role in transforming the supply chains and operations of Fortune 500 companies in the Netherlands and around the world into future‑ready, resilient, autonomous, and circular networks. We work across all aspects of the supply chain — from planning and fulfillment to sourcing, procurement, and manufacturing — helping clients solve complex business challenges through strategy development, process optimisation, sustainable logistics solutions, and digital capabilities, while creating positive impact for business, society and the planet.
DailyTasks
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will experience working as a consultant within Accenture, learning about the projects we do by supporting on a project in a supporting role and seeing the impact we’re making for our clients. Through interactions with our colleagues, you’ll learn about their personal experiences, immerse yourself in our company culture, and participate in exciting company events.
Qualifications- You are currently a master’s student enrolled at a Dutch university for the full length of your internship, preferably in the field of Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement, Transportation, Engineering or Logistics or in Management / Business administration (with strong interest or courses in Supply Chain & Operations / Sourcing & Procurement).
- You are a proactive, driven person who wants to grow.
- Eager to get to know Accenture as an organization.
- Excellent communication skills (Dutch and English).
- High grades (average > 7.5) during high school, Bachelor and Master’s degree.
- You have done additional curricular activities such as a board year or internship.
- You have experience with Lean Six Sigma, Process mining, Business Process Management, Planning and fulfillment or Operations / Manufacturing excellence.
- Relevant experience from previous part‑time jobs or internships is also a plus.
