We are seeking a Freelance Product Launch Coordinator to join a leading eCommerce Product Launch team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will support seamless and timely product launches by managing and enriching product data, ensuring high catalogue quality, and coordinating closely with multiple internal stakeholders across the organisation.
You will play a key role in monitoring product readiness, maintaining accurate reporting, and identifying opportunities to improve and streamline product launch processes within a fast-paced fashion eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities- Manage and ensure timely, accurate product launches across the e-commerce environment;
- Safeguard product catalogue integrity by maintaining completeness, accuracy, and commercial readiness;
- Monitor and manage end‑to‑end product data flows across the e-commerce system landscape;
- Act as the key subject‑matter expert and main point of contact for product launch processes;
- Analyze, validate, and report on product data while collaborating with teams to improve processes and ensure high‑quality product pages.
- 1–3 years of experience in data management, product data, or e‑commerce operations, ideally within a structured digital environment;
- Highly analytical and detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and validation;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and preferably macros;
- Experience with PIM systems, product onboarding tools, and working with CSV file analysis in e‑commerce workflows;
- Strong communicator, fluent in English, and able to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams using tools like Jira or Asana.
