Description

About You
  • You have 2-4 years' experience in a client-facing role, such as sales development representative or business development representative.
  • You have a track record of building and maintaining client relationships and interactions with diverse stakeholders, preferably in the financial sector.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have an excellent command of English.
  • You excel in communication, are highly reliable, and bring a strong commercially driven mindset.
  • You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are excited about the opportunity to collaborate in person at our Amsterdam office.

As a Client Operations Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our Client Leads, focusing on monthly reporting, meeting preparation, invoicing for clients, and internal projects while continuously learning on the job.

You will ensure consistency between processes for all clients, improving and organizing internal processes to support the Client Leads. You will balance client-facing interactions with a support role, ensuring efficient and consistent commercial processes across teams and geographies.

Success in this role comes down to effectively managing expectations, clearly defining what we can and cannot deliver, and having a pro-active and self-starting mindset.
