Your RoleWe are seeking a seasoned results‑driven investor relations professional with a strong track record in raising capital for early‑stage funds and investment products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with institutional investors, professional family offices, and wealth managers. Your focus will be on promoting NLC’s captive funds and driving capital raising efforts to benefit both our funds and individual ventures.
As the Head of Investor Relations, you will take a hands‑on approach, leading investor mapping, conducting initial conversations, and driving fundraising efforts across Europe. Critically, you will lead the evolution of our investor relations function, building upon existing efforts by an established team member and implementing the processes, systems, and strategies that will define our institutional IR strategy for years to come.
This role is deeply integrated within our team and will have significant strategic influence across the entire NLC group, driving critical capital raising initiatives. You will also work in close collaboration with our full‑time venture partners in the clusters and the management board.
Activities and Responsibilities- Fundraising & Sales: Actively sell NLC’s early‑stage funds to institutional investors, professional family offices, and wealth managers
- Investor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with LPs, including pension funds, insurance companies, and wealth managers
- Market Development: Map the LP landscape in Europe, identify key investors, and execute a targeted outreach strategy

Work closely with the clusters, including their venture partners, and other stakeholders to leverage their networks and facilitate strategic introductions - Strategic Input: Provide insights into investor trends and contribute to refining NLC’s investment propositions
