Projects & Optimisation Analyst; Dutch speaker

Role Summary

Your main goal as Projects & Optimisation Analyst is driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding results for customers. In this role, you will play a key part in managing both internal and external projects, ensuring the highest standards of service and continuous improvement.

• Managing a variety of internal and external projects to enhance our service offering and customer satisfaction, respecting budget, resource planning, deadlines and priorities.
• Leading customer projects, including onboarding new clients, managing implementations after successful public tenders, overseeing data migration projects, and supporting mergers or divestitures of existing customers.
• Coordinating internal projects focused on improving service delivery processes, maintaining compliance with ISO
  9001 standards, and upholding data security in line with ISO
  27001 requirements.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and proactively initiating and leading optimisation projects.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define, track, and report project KPIs to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Proactively escalating risks and blockers internally when needed to keep projects on track and ensure delivery.

• Primary experience in project management, ideally in a technology or service‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and projects and to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong ability to work with timelines and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ISO
  9001 and ISO
  27001 standards is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Knowledge of and affinity with various project methodologies applied, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban and PRINCE
  2.
