What you’ll doAs a Senior Partner Manager, you’ll be responsible for strategically growing and managing our partner network. You’ll work closely with traffic partners, identify new market opportunities, and turn insights into measurable growth.
You’ll become the go‑to contact for key partners, building trusted relationships and taking collaborations to the next level. From negotiating strategic deals to optimizing performance and maximizing ROI, you’ll play a key role in driving Damn’s growth ambitions.
Your responsibilities include- Building and strengthening strategic partnerships.
- Identifying and driving new growth opportunities.
- Optimizing traffic volumes, lead quality, and conversions.
- Analyzing data and steering performance based on KPIs and ROI.
- Negotiating long‑term commercial agreements.
- Managing partnership budgets responsibly and strategically.
- Collaborating closely with Business, IT, and Data teams.
- Translating market trends into innovative partnership strategies.
- Mentoring and supporting junior Partner Managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, affiliate marketing or business development.
- Thorough knowledge about affiliate marketing, tracking tools (e.g., Tune, Everflow), and pixel tracking techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship builder skills.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proactive, commercially sharp and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
