Aquablu is building the world’s largest adaptive hydration platform. We combine connected hardware, software, and data to change how people drink water: starting at work, and expanding to everywhere people spend their day. We’re live across 16+ countries, backed by leading investors, and scaling fast.

We’re looking for a VP of Product to lead our product organisation and turn a founder‑led product vision into a structured, high‑velocity machine. You’ll own the roadmap, the operating rhythm, and design craft across a connected platform: physical devices, mobile apps, cloud, and data working as one experience.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. Our CEO is deeply product-minded and owns product vision and taste; your job is to amplify that, give it structure, and ship relentlessly. You’ll thrive here if you like working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with a founder, moving fast, and building things people actually love.

• Turn product vision into a structured roadmap and a predictable shipping cadence. Prioritise ruthlessly, ship frequently, iterate on data and user insight

• Build and lead the team as the company scales

• Run the full product lifecycle, from concept gate through delivery, across physical and digital

• Own design quality across every touchpoint, from hardware interfaces to mobile apps and enterprise dashboards and hold a high bar

• Partner closely with the heads of physical and digital products, and with engineering, so design and product intent survive implementation

• Connect product decisions to commercial outcomes: activation, retention, expansion

• Contribute to company strategy as a member of the executive team

• Consumer product DNA: you’ve built things people love, with real interface craft, emotional pull, and retention you can point to. Ideally a 0-to-1 consumer launch

• Connected‑systems fluency: you’ve shipped products where a physical device, an app, the cloud, and data are one experience. You think in interfaces and respect hardware constraints, not just screens

• 8+ years in product, with 3+ years at VP or Head of Product level

• Scaled a product org from a small team into a structured, high‑performing function

• Series A–C operating experience: you know how to build at this speed and what breaks next

• Strong design taste: opinions on what great products look and feel like, and the instinct to run design as a craft, not a service function

• Able to run a B2B product engine even though your instincts are consumer: you respect that today’s B2B business funds tomorrow’s consumer bet, and you won’t starve it

• Comfortable working with a deeply product-minded CEO: you amplify founder vision and give it structure, you don’t compete with it
