About us

Dyson is a global technology company. We solve problems others choose to ignore with pioneering technology that works better. Our E‑Commerce and Digital Product teams are central to how we connect with our owners—building scalable platforms and seamless experiences that define how customers discover, engage with, and buy Dyson technology globally.

About the role

As our Head of Product, you will be accountable for shaping and executing the overall product strategy across the organisation. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and technology, ensuring that all product investments deliver meaningful outcomes for both customers and the company. You will lead a team of product leaders, expanding your impact through their teams and ensuring consistent excellence in how problems are framed, opportunities are prioritised, and solutions are validated.

  • Own and define the company-wide product strategy across all e-commerce and digital product domains, aligning to business objectives and long-term growth ambition.
  • Set the vision for product management as a discipline, establishing high standards for discovery, strategy, experimentation, and delivery across all teams.
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers (PMs, Senior PMs, and Lead PMs), building a high-performance product organisation rooted in outcomes, customer obsession, and accountability.
  • Drive prioritisation frameworks that connect company strategy to product investments, ensuring clarity and focus across multiple business units and regions.
  • Operate as the key product voice within senior leadership, influencing commercial, technology, and operational decisions at the highest level.
  • Ensure consistent application of modern product practices (customer discovery, experimentation, data‑informed decision making) across all product domains.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and product excellence.
  • Oversee product portfolio performance, ensuring teams are aligned to measurable business and customer outcomes rather than output.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to deliver scalable, high‑impact product ecosystems.
  • Identify and invest in net new product opportunities, driving innovation that creates competitive advantage.
Qualifications
  • An experienced product leader with a proven record of building and scaling high-performing product organisations in complex, global environments.
  • A track record of sustained performance, creating product organisations that deliver measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Proven experience defining and delivering product strategy across E‑Commerce or digital ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership capability, with experience developing multi-layered product teams and creating an environment where high standards, accountability and continuous improvement are the norm.
  • Comfortable taking responsibility for the success of the product teams you lead as well as your own impact.
  • Highly strategic in both thinking and action, able to operate at high levels of ambiguity, visibility and pace.
  • Strong commercial acumen, linking product decisions to business performance.
  • Deep expertise in modern product practices including discovery, experimentation and outcome-led delivery.
  • Capable of influencing senior stakeholders across functions, markets and the wider organisation.
  • A data-driven mindset, focused on outcomes over output.
Reward

Reward goes beyond just salary and bonuses. Through a comprehensive package of Financial, Lifestyle, and Health Benefits, we provide support tailored to every stage of life and the moments that matter most.

Working policy

Our campus culture is built on connection—collaboration in person, shared creativity, and hands‑on learning. That’s why we don’t offer a hybrid arrangement; working side by side powers our best ideas, fuels belonging, and keeps us pushing boundaries together.
