About the role

As Senior Product Manager, E-Commerce, you will set and evangelise the product vision for a major product category, influencing executives and multiple product teams. You will bring clarity to complex problem spaces, shaping cohesive product outcomes across customer experience, commercial performance, platform capability and long-term strategy. This is a high-impact role for a product leader who can run complex teams, make confident decisions in ambiguity and influence the direction of the business.

You will work across disciplines and markets, balancing customer needs with technical, legal, commercial and operational considerations. You will also model strong product thinking, build product capability and raise the standard of the craft through your own work, your leadership and your mentorship of others.

Responsibilities
  • Own and define product strategy across critical e-commerce journeys, balancing customer experience, business performance and platform capability
  • Lead discovery across complex, ambiguous problem spaces, using data, experimentation and customer insight to identify opportunities and validate solutions
  • Set a clear product vision and influence prioritisation, ensuring alignment to wider company strategy and commercial goals
  • Drive end-to-end product development—from concept and validation through to scaled delivery—across multiple teams, technologies, and markets
  • Partner with engineering, design, finance, legal, compliance and commercial teams to deliver high-quality, scalable and compliant solutions
  • Balance customer experience with operational, technical, and regulatory considerations, ensuring simple front-end journeys supported by robust back-end systems
  • Use behavioural data, experimentation, and performance metrics to continuously optimise customer journeys and key conversion moments
  • Align stakeholders at every level, influencing direction and creating clarity in high-visibility, business-critical areas
  • Lead, coach and mentor product managers, raising the standard of product thinking, capability and execution across the organisation
  • Drive a strong product culture, modelling best practice and expanding the impact of product management through both direct and indirect leadership
About you
  • Significant product management experience in e-commerce or digital environments, owning complex, cross-functional product areas
  • A strong sense of ownership for product performance and measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to lead discovery and navigate ambiguity, translating insight into strategy
  • Strong commercial mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
  • Experience working with data, experimentation, and customer insight to inform product decisions
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and markets
  • Experience managing or mentoring product managers, with a track record of raising standards
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design and business teams
  • Curious and commercially aware, with a strong understanding of emerging market and technology trends
