As Operations Support - Energy Solutions Europe, you will help the Energy Solutions team stay organized, efficient, and focused as it scales clean energy initiatives across Prologis’ European portfolio. This role supports a 20-person international team serving 12 European countries and working across solar, battery storage, EV charging, grid-related solutions, and other clean energy infrastructure. You will coordinate day-to-day team operations, procurement administration, financial process support, internal reporting, and follow-up across multiple work streams.

You will partner closely with colleagues in Energy Solutions, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Development, and other internal teams to keep information structured, actions visible, and processes moving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, action logs, follow-ups, internal communications, and team events for Energy Solutions Europe.
  • Support internal reporting by organizing information, updating trackers, preparing documents, and maintaining clear status updates across work streams.
  • Administer procurement and finance support activities, including forecasting inputs, purchase order creation, invoice follow-up, and related documentation.
  • Partner with Energy Solutions, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Development, and other internal teams to keep processes moving across European countries.
  • Maintain document management practices, templates, trackers, and process documentation to improve consistency and clarity.
  • Support day-to-day operational processes across solar, battery storage, EV charging, grid-related solutions, and other clean energy initiatives.
  • Identify practical opportunities to make workflows clearer, faster, and more efficient.
Building blocks for success
  • Experience in operations support, team coordination, administration, procurement, finance support, or project coordination.
  • Ability to coordinate meetings, agendas, action tracking, internal communications, and team events across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to support forecasting, purchase order creation, invoice follow-up, document management, and internal reporting processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities across functions and European countries.
  • Ability to work 32–40 hours per week from the Amsterdam office.
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Dutch language skills.
  • Additional European language skills, such as German, Spanish, Italian, French, or Polish.
  • Experience with Salesforce, procurement platforms, or financial planning tools.
  • Experience improving templates, trackers, process documentation, or ways of working.
  • Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
  • Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.
