A&M’s Financial Services Industry (FSI) team focuses on delivering impactful solutions to Banks, Insurers, Asset Managers, Fin Techs, and Private Equity firms. The team specializes in areas such as revenue improvement, cost reduction, risk and regulation, M&A, and portfolio advisory.

As part of a growing and entrepreneurial team in Amsterdam, this role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with international colleagues, and contribute to the development of the FSI practice across Europe.

• Work closely with senior stakeholders in clients’ businesses and leading financial institutions.
• Advise clients on value-critical issues, recommending pragmatic and actionable solutions.
• Interpret and present the commercial implications of regulations in a clear and impactful way.
• Perform transformation programs to improve current business operations and enable future growth.
• Collaborate with the broader European FS team to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
• Be a part of international project teams and contribute to the development of the A&M brand.

• Experience in a well-regarded consulting firm (e.g., top-tier strategy firm, niche advisory firm, or Big 4 consultancy).
• Experience with in Financial Services sector is preferred.
• Working in project teams, including mixed client/adviser teams, across multiple European locations.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
