One of our international partners is seeking a Service Assurance Manager to bring structure, visibility, and control to their People Tech function.
This role focuses on building a predictable and transparent operating model—moving away from fragmented, "black box" ways of working towards a data‑driven, well‑governed tech organization. You will play a central role in ensuring that planning, performance, governance, and financial management are aligned and executed effectively.
You will work closely with senior leadership, acting as the operational backbone of the function—ensuring that strategy is translated into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and consistent execution.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Service Delivery, PMO, Governance, or Operations who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments and enabling teams to perform at their best.
Governance & Business Cadence- Own and manage the People Tech Leadership Team (PTLT) meeting cadence
- Lead the monthly Tech Governance Forum, ensuring alignment and adherence across all initiatives
- Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles, translating strategy into executable plans
- Act as the single point of contact for business planning and delivery tracking
- Oversee budget management (Opex/Capex), tracking spend and identifying optimisation opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships, shifting from transactional to strategic partnerships
- Oversee workforce planning, including internal hiring and external resources (MSP/OSP)
- Design and implement scalable processes to increase efficiency and reduce complexity
- Improve operating models, including adoption of Jira workflows and TPM standards
- Ensure alignment with corporate cadences such as QBRs and portfolio tracking
- Manage performance through scorecards, dashboards, and KPI frameworks
- Provide leadership with visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and dependencies
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend reprioritisation where needed
- Drive continuous improvement across governance and delivery practices
- 8+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Operations, PMO, or Governance roles
- Experience working in complex tech or transformation environments
- Strong financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, tracking)
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level)
- Strong analytical mindset with a hands‑on, execution‑driven approach
- Ability to bring clarity and structure in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Jira or similar workflow tools
- Familiarity with portfolio management and reporting tools
- Strong Excel / data analysis capabilities
- Experience with financial tracking tools is a plus
- Background in HR Tech or People Tech environments
- Experience with operating model transformations
- Knowledge of TPM frameworks or agile delivery models
- Experience setting up governance structures from scratch
- Hybrid working model
- High‑visibility role with senior leadership exposure
- Opportunity to shape and mature a global People Tech function
