As a Mandarin and Dutch speaking Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s footprint in the Dutch market, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on sales execution in the residential energy storage sector. This is a highly visible role for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, growth‑focused environment.

• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy, building a strong distributor network across the Dutch residential energy storage market.
• Create and manage a structured sales funnel, identifying high‑value prospects and driving conversions.
• Lead negotiations, client meetings, and presentations, clearly communicating product value and aligning solutions with customer needs.
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle within residential energy storage, from initial engagement to contract signing and repeat business.
• Oversee order execution, delivery coordination, and ongoing partner management.

• Proven experience in the residential energy storage or household energy storage sector is essential.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and Dutch is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a solid understanding of energy storage technologies and commercial business logic.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to succeed in an autonomous, on‑site role.
• Must hold permanent residency in the Netherlands and be available for on‑site work.
