• Design best‑in‑class vision and trace back to lay a solid foundation so first versions are high‑quality building blocks for the next three years.
• Harmonize input from diverse makers and help teams converge on decisions quickly to move from ideation to launch with agility.

• 7+ years of product management experience with a proven record of leading successful market expansions or high‑stakes global product launches.
• Exceptional product sense – a spidey sensitivity for what makes products successful and a relentless bar for customer experience.
• Strategic, data‑driven approach to customer personas and segmentation, using data‑first thinking to package and price products for new audiences.
• High‑agency mindset – proactive ownership and the ability to find a way through obstacles without waiting for permission.
• Communication mastery – influence stakeholders at all levels and tell compelling stories about why and how we’ll win in new markets.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is fundamental to our culture.
• Willingness to work in an office environment most days of the week.
