• Develop business cases including cost‑benefit and ROI analysis.
• Monitor and track benefits realization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and priorities and lead on execution plans.

• Own project planning, roadmaps, and delivery execution.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure project governance, reporting, and milestone tracking.
• Manage change requests and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.

• Project management (Agile and Waterfall methodologies).
• UAT planning and coordination.

• Proven experience in business analysis and transformation roles.
• Experience working in cross‑functional and international environments.
• Exposure to business transformation or digital programs.
• Consulting background is a plus.

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI (or equivalent BI tools).

• Jira or similar tool.
• Snowflake.

• Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Project Management (PMP, Scrum).
