Business Excellence Leader – Oral Healthcare (OHC)

We’re looking for an experienced Business Excellence Leader to lead practical, high‑impact programs that boost growth, simplicity and customer experience. Partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and to identify, validate and scale AI‑enabled solutions across the Oral Healthcare business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross‑functional end‑to‑end improvement initiatives aligned with OHC priorities, leveraging Lean, Agile and Continuous Improvement (CI) methods.
  • Conduct end‑to‑end process reviews to map current state, quantify inefficiencies, identify bottlenecks and prioritize improvement opportunities with a clear business case.
  • Serve as the OHC AI Ambassador: identify, pilot and scale AI‑enabled solutions by partnering with central teams, data science, IT and business stakeholders to translate use cases, design pilots, validate impact and governance, and develop pragmatic deployment roadmaps.
  • Drive structured change management: identify root causes, design and test solutions and ensure they are embedded in the organization.
  • Build a continuous‑improvement mindset across the organization – coach stakeholders and teams to adopt new processes or behaviours.
  • Run cross‑functional projects and workshops that remove barriers and accelerate business results.
  • Track milestones, risks, budgets and benefits realization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10+ years’ experience driving transformation, change management, operational excellence, project management and business improvement in complex matrix organisations.
  • Practical hands‑on experience with Lean, Agile and CI methodologies and a track record of moving initiatives from pilot to scale with measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrable experience with AI or data‑driven initiatives: spotting use cases, designing pilots, managing model delivery and measuring ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to make recommendations; familiarity with common analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management – ability to influence at all levels, drive consensus and deliver change without direct authority.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, rapid experimentation mindset, results orientation and sense of urgency.
  • Based in Europe, willingness to travel up to 25%.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: €93,049 – €155,081. Eligible for a 6% short‑term incentive linked to individual performance and company results. Benefits include hybrid working, paid time‑off, health and wellbeing benefits and learning & development opportunities.
