Senior Consumer Marketing Manager Beauty

In this high-impact role as Senior Consumer Marketing Manager Beauty, you own the product platform strategy for the IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) category within Business Grooming & Beauty, driving commercial growth and delivering solutions tailored to global consumer needs.

In this position, you focus on creating and managing end-to-end platform innovations from Value Proposition Creation (VPC) to execution. You develop short- and long-term roadmaps across product, digital, and claim domains, while establishing go-to-market and geographic expansion strategies based on deep consumer and regulatory insights. Working closely with R&D, Design, manufacturing units, and international sales organizations, you analyze market trends, competition, and technologies to unlock profitable new business opportunities.

• holds a completed master degree in business administration or marketing

• brings at least 12 years of total relevant experience

• possesses a minimum of 6 years in global product management

• demonstrated end-to-end platform development through VPC and PDLM phases

• translates market research and shopper insights into strong product concepts

• shows a proven track record with global brands across diverse markets

• communicates fluently in business English, both written and verbal

• salary:
  Grade 70 (€ 7,038 - € 7,700 gross per month based on 40 hours per week)

You will become part of the Beauty category team within Business Grooming & Beauty, specifically focused on the IPL subcategory. In this role, you report directly to the Consumer Marketing Director and operate within a dynamic global network of key stakeholders in the Netherlands and key overseas markets.
