Jobtailor is seeking an independent consultant to administer FIDIC contracts across the full project lifecycle in Amsterdam. You will draft and manage RFPs, ITTs, and contract documentation, and lead bid evaluations and negotiations with contractors and key suppliers.
Key responsibilities include evaluating and settling contractor claims, including EOT requests, delay damages, loss and expense claims, and final accounts, while aligning with project and client objectives.
