Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant – Workforce Transformation practice Consultant, Senior Consultant & Principal levels

Location – Netherlands – This role will require you to be based in the Netherlands full time.

• Proactively manage transformation, change and digital adoption for large scale, transformation programmes
• Setting and managing change adoption criteria to achieve the desired outcomes and objectives
• Be the point of contact for specific activity: communications, engagement, training or role mapping
• Build and manage relationships with mid-level client managers
• Contribute to business development proposals
• You will be part of a larger transformation team and as a Senior Consultants you should expect to manage a workstream, country deployment or entire projects, and face off to senior leaders from the client.
