Business Coordination Intern

Missions:

Watch Partners business follow-up

• Follow-up on all the specific creations requests from Watch Partners
• Share communications with Watch Partners
• Update Watch Partners performance dashboards before market visits
• Follow up of the different projects defined in our 12-month action plan per Watch Partner

External online brand equity monitoring

• Ensure brand equity are at the standards of the Maison on all external platforms (Department store, Watch Partners websites)

Coordination of the Area Managers department

• Organize and maintain overall files and folders structure of Area Managers team
• Take notes and share minutes of meetings and key instances. Share relevant information with other departments and functions
• Assist Area Managers in preparing regular instances (Weekly Boutique Managers meeting, Monthly business review with Europe...), by coordinating with all stakeholders and ensuring high quality level of PowerPoint presentation

• Help coordinate Area Managers specific business trips

• Self-starter and team player
• Organized and disciplined, with attention to detail and high standards
• Commercial minded with ease in communication towards both internal and external stakeholders
• Mastering PowerPoint tool
• Fluent in English. French and/or Dutch are a great plus

Please note this is a paid internship of 6 months and requires an university agreement.
