Our

People are Bold, Authentic, Purposeful and Inspired Our People are not Perfect, Traditional, Complacent or Cautious About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and analytical GTM Strategy & Operations Intern to support our commercial, product and internal teams. You'll play a key role in helping us build and implement processes, track critical data, and turn that data into actionable insights, with a strong focus on using AI and our existing tools. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, global fintech company and contribute to our strategic growth.

Flexible

Hybrid Model:
We are happy to work with your schedule- ideally you are able to collaborate in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, with flexible start and finish times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build better ways of working: You'll help design new processes, playbooks and AI agents or workflows that become the team's standard way of doing things — not just a one-off fix, but something that sticks.
  • Turn data into decisions: You'll keep our data correct and up to date, then turn it into reports, dashboards, and leadership-ready slides and decks that help leaders see the trends and make smart calls on how we grow.
  • Drive efficiency: You'll help our go‑to‑market teams move faster and cut out friction — spotting where things are slow or manual, and fixing it directly using tools like Hub Spot, Gong, Jira and AI tools.
  • Track projects and OKRs: You'll help maintain project trackers and timelines for cross‑functional initiatives, and support quarterly OKR tracking and reporting so teams can see progress at a glance.
  • Be a connector: You'll work with different teams across the company to make sure they have the information and smooth processes they need to be successful, simplifying tasks that take up a lot of time so teams can focus on the bigger picture.
What You Will Bring:
Drive Operational Excellence & Strategic Growth
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering,…) and available for a 4-8 month internship period.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and design scalable processes.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) day to day to work faster and smarter - you experiment with them rather than waiting to be told to.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (especially Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
  • A proactive and curious mindset - you're not afraid to ask questions and dig into problems.
Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with Hub Spot, Salesforce, or another CRM.
  • A more technical lean- basic SQL, Python, Google Apps Script, or workflow automation experience.
What's In For You:
Invaluable Experience & Growth
  • Hands‑On

    Experience:

You'll gain practical experience in a fast‑paced, global fintech environment, working directly on projects that impact our go‑to‑market strategy and operations.
  • Skill Development: You'll develop valuable skills in the tools actually used in a scaleup business, techniques for process improvement, AI-assisted automation, data…
