Tebi is seeking an onboarding operations lead to get hospitality clients up and running with the Connected Restaurant Management System. You’ll train restaurant teams, connect with them, and implement onboarding from kickoff to go-live.
In this role you’ll blend project management, customer communication and problem solving, ensuring smooth first-month usage and ongoing improvements. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and central operations to close gaps and enhance processes.
