Mollie is seeking a Head of Ways of Working to shape how the organization operates at scale across all domains. You will own the operating model, drive the Mollie Playbook rollout, and build the information architecture to ensure every employee can access timely, accurate information and AI-enabled tools.
You will collaborate closely with the VP People and the ELT, lead a small permanent team within People, and influence hundreds of colleagues globally as Mollie grows.
