Samenvijf zoekt een Transitiecoach die clusters ondersteunt bij de implementatie van de UWV Verandermotor en het versterken van leiderschap en samenwerking. Je begeleidt verandertrajecten met focus op duurzame gedragsverandering en vertaalt strategie naar concreet gedrag binnen en tussen clusters.
Je combineert coaching van leiderschapsteams met advies over geschaalde agile-principes zoals SAFe en Scrum en vervult RTE-achtige verantwoordelijkheden waar nodig.
