• Support business analysis activities, including gathering requirements, documenting processes, and tracking actions
• Assist with project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and meeting notes

• Work closely with stakeholders across different business functions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest new ideas
