Suitsupply operates in retail apparel and fashion, offering beautifully crafted, high-quality products. The company is developing a scalable FP&A data and systems landscape to support reporting, planning, and business insights.

• Develop and enhance the FP&A reporting stack, including Looker, AI-based apps, and underlying data sources
• Translate business questions into robust dashboards and self-service analytics for retail management and logistics stakeholders in collaboration with finance business partners
• Maintain and further develop data models and process flows in the Pigment enterprise planning solution
• Bridge and reconcile data across Microsoft Dynamics, Pigment, and Looker to support a harmonized KPI framework
• Build structured and reliable reporting layers to reduce reliance on Excel
• Act as a key interface between Finance, Data, and Engineering teams

• 4–6 Years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Data Analytics
• Strong interest in data, systems, and process improvement
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools, ideally Looker
• Experience with enterprise planning software such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Workday Adaptive Planning
• Proven ability to work with data models and process automation
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, business‑relevant insights
• Nice to have:
  Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, and/or STEM
