FunctieomschrijvingWe are seeking an experienced Artwork Coordinator to join the European Portfolio and Innovation Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering artwork projects for products produced and sold throughout Western Europe. You will lead cross-functional teams and work closely with senior internal stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of artwork projects.
Key responsibilities- Leading and managing cross-functional project teams to deliver artwork projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Maintaining an overview of projects to provide clear delivery plans aligned with business needs
- Identifying and recommending continuous improvements to artwork processes and procedures
- Supplying and registering reference artworks, cutters, and specific artwork details for agencies or marketing teams
- Creating printer reference codes and supporting artwork setup across the supply network, serving as the main point of contact for printers, including commissioning initial productions
The ideal candidate has:
- At least a bachelor's degree (HBO or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in printed packaging
- Solid knowledge of pre-press, print production, graphic design techniques, and workflow processes
- Experience in a print, pre-press, or graphic manufacturing environment
- Strong skills with ESKO workflow and briefing tools
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and constructive mindset with strong ownership qualities
- Experience working in multi-market, multi-brand organizations is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Confidence to assertively provide pushback when necessary
- Analytical mindset able to translate complex data into clear solutions
- Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong networking skills, building and maintaining valuable professional relationships
- Team player who contributes to shared goals, sometimes leading, sometimes supporting
We will offer you the following:
- A competitive salary ranging from €2,800 to €4,000 gross per month based on education and working experience
