We're scouting for a Creative. Someone who is a master of decks and who can bring home pitches for clients like JBL, Nike, and Dior. We're into those who embrace experimentation, spot a new feature in the morning, and bring it to life by the afternoon. We're big on talent nurturing and swear by the power of short videos, groundbreaking artists' rewriting norms, and creators ready to reshape the ad world.

We are looking for a Creative with experience in international markets.

The Role

You’ll concept and craft ideas across a range of projects — from one-off content to pitch decks to full campaigns — working closely with the wider team to push the creative standard forward. Ultimately, the role is focussed on selling ideas that win new business, and then bringing the projects to life. You’ll also dive into new business development, strategy, and building brand partnerships within the creative field.

We are specifically looking for a creative with experience in international markets.

In this role, you will:

  • Win pitches in collaboration with our Ghost Team (Commercial Director, Project Lead, Head of Strategy, Creatives)
  • Develop creative ideas that set the bar for what social can be
  • Create social-first campaigns across media channels and platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube Shorts, and Roblox
  • Bring the ARC model to life through smart, culturally sharp thinking
  • Creatively harness the latest developments in tech for leading clients

You as a Creative:

  • Are hungry for everything social, digital, and creative. Possess a keen interest in new platforms and storytelling techniques within our industry and the creative realm.
  • Consume and create content daily on short-form video platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, and Shorts.
  • Experience in creative writing and/or art direction,
  • Elevate ideas to the next level, exhibiting responsibility, accountability, and love for collaboration.
  • Bring 2-3 years of international experience in a social or creative agency (preferably experience in pan-European campaigns or always-on strategies).
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of turning creative briefs into executed social concepts – showcase this experience through a creative portfolio.
  • You have skills in video editing, visual effects, or storytelling to elevate concepts and assets.
  • Have some experience in mentoring and guiding mid-level and junior-level creatives.
