Overview

We are Conscious Group, offering sustainable stays and a seamless guest experience in a fun atmosphere. We have 5 sustainable hotels and 4 coffee bars within Conscious Hotels, and together with Hotel V & The Lobby we have grown to a total of 9 hotels and 2 restaurants. Conscious Group is currently looking for a Graphic Designer / Creative Lead to cover a maternity leave (April - December).

In this role, you are the creative driving force behind all our digital and offline communications. From brand books and flyers to banners and other visual assets, you ensure everything is consistent, inspiring, and instantly recognizable. You play an active role in developing and redesigning various brands, including Hotel V and Conscious Hotels, while safeguarding the visual identity across all our hotels and F&B outlets.

You excel at visually connecting marketing and F&B, translating this into strong, creative concepts that align with the needs and experience of our guests and target audience. You are responsible for optimizing and delivering all digital content across websites, social media, and online campaigns.

You work closely with four colleagues within the Marketing & Digital team and have the opportunity to mentor a design intern. A versatile role where creativity, brand experience, and collaboration come together.

• Take responsibility for all digital and offline communications, including brand books, flyers, banners, and much more;

• Be actively involved in the redesign of various brands, including Hotel V and Conscious Hotels;

• Manage and safeguard the visual identity of all hotels and F&B outlets, implementing it consistently where needed;

• Connect all marketing and F&B communications, creating strong, creative visuals that align with the wishes of our guests and target audience;

• Optimize and execute all digital content for websites, social media, and online advertising;

• Collaborate closely with four colleagues within the Marketing & Digital team;

• Supervise and mentor a design intern.

• This one’s unexpected: you have a passion for creation and design;

• You’ve been in the game for a while, with at least 2-5 years of experience as a designer;

• Creativity and the freedom to test, optimize, and improve are essential in your work;

• You have experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign;

• A portfolio that stands out!

• You’re capable of translating briefs and ideas into clear and beautiful designs;

• You have a passion for sustainability and want to work at a sustainable company;

• You are available full-time or part-time (in consultation) from April until December;

• You speak at least Dutch and English.

• We offer a suitable salary according to the collective labour agreement for hospitality in reference scale 7;

• Travel allowance based on the distance between home and work (min. 15 km);
