As the Senior Digital Designer, you own the content creation across the full marketing funnel and channels. You have strong UI/UX and web design skills and are an expert in creating captivating digital designs for our web pages, social media channels, email campaigns, paid advertisements.
You will play a pivotal role in executing NOWATCH’s visual identity. You are a creative, imaginative go getter and work together with the entire Brand, Marketing & Sales team. You will come up with the most attractive ways to visualize our messages and brand outings. Your work will directly impact how we connect with our audience, ensuring consistency and creativity in every touchpoint.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Design engaging visual assets and UI’s for webpage social media posts, emails, and paid ads.
- Develop basic motion graphics, animations, and other dynamic visuals to elevate NOWATCH’s online presence.
- Incorporate AI productivity tools where opportune and stay up to date with the latest trends.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute campaigns aligned with our brand identity.
- Partner with our copywriter and other team members to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful designs.
- Work with content social media strategist on co-leading content plans for priority events and initiatives.
Trend Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design and social media trends, adapting content to resonate with our target audience.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure NOWATCH stands out in the wellness and wearable tech space.
Project Management:
- Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to final production.
- Ensure all designs are delivered on time, meeting quality standards and marketing objectives.
Experience:
- 5+ years as a digital design preferably in a B2C startup capacity.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design in web, socials, ads, with the aim of awareness and conversion.
Technical
Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animations is a plus.
Creative Expertise:
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behavior.
- Solid grasp of typography, design system/UI, color theory, and layout composition.
Mindset:
- Articulate, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be able to work in a fast paced organization with ambiguity, less structure, and work quickly to changing business demands.
- Adaptable and open to feedback, ensuring designs align with NOWATCH’s brand vision.
- Passionate about mental and physical wellbeing, with a desire to contribute to a mission-driven company.
