UX Research - Internship

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Design & Research team. You will join this team as a User Experience (UX) Researcher, where you will have the opportunity to do user research and improve the user experience. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced designers and researchers to create innovative and engaging user experiences for our clients.

You also have the following tasks:

• Collaborating with the UX team to design and develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for the various product teams;
• Assisting in usability testing and user feedback sessions;
• Creating research agents;
• Aiding the development of internal research repositories;
• Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies including those powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI).

In addition:

• Currently enrolled in Master's degree program in UX Design, UX Research, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or a related field;
• Strong interest in UX research methodologies and real practice in industry;
• Strong understanding of UX principles and design tools such as Sketch or Figma;
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior designers and researchers;
• Proven interest, and hands-on, in AI tools to accelerate or improve the design process;
• A portfolio highlighting your design work and thought process;
• You are people minded and eager to learn;
• You are available between 32 to 40 hours per week for at least 5 months;
• You have good mastery of English, both oral and written
