You will also maintain accurate product information within the PLM system each season. Your work will directly contribute to delivering innovative, competitive products that support the brand's growth and customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from initial design brief to final sample delivery across one or more product categories.
Demonstrate strong product development experience within knitwear, including categories such as merino wool, cotton knits, and seasonal knits.
Lead fitting sessions and wear tests, ensuring product quality, fit, and performance align with Suitsupply's brand standards.
Collaborate closely with the Production team to ensure golden samples are executed flawlessly and meet all technical specifications.
Maintain strong awareness of market and competitor trends to ensure products remain innovative and commercially competitive.
Manage the critical path and development timelines, proactively resolving challenges to ensure timely execution.
Input, update, and manage all product information in the PLM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency each season.
Who you are:
3-5 years of experience in product development, preferably within fashion, menswear, or tailoring.
Strong knowledge of fabrication, materials, and garment construction across one or more product categories.
Strong experience with menswear trouser departments including chino, denim, and formal trousers.
Proven ability to develop technical packs and oversee sample development with both local and international suppliers.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide quick and effective solutions in dynamic environments.
Proficiency in PLM systems; experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
Flexible and open to frequent travel for sourcing, development, and production follow-up.
Highly organized and structured, able to manage tasks effectively and deliver results on time.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
