Jr​/Mr Digital Product Designer

Koos is a fast‑growing design & innovation agency. We collaborate with governments (Covid passport app in the Netherlands) and corporates (Careem Super app in the Middle East) to develop intuitive digital products, seamless services and effective innovation engines. We are looking for fresh talent in product design to boost our digital projects.

Do you want to develop yourself by working on diverse complex design projects worldwide – both in terms of hardcore UX skills and strategic innovation skills? If so, this role is a great fit.

• Identify relevant needs of users and clients.
• Understand how to strategically turn these needs into products.
• Create wireframes, design systems, prototypes and designs (we use Figma).
• Set up and conduct usability tests.

• AHBO / WO diploma relevant to the field.
• Junior / Medior level designer (minimum of 1 year relevant work experience).
• Strong portfolio (UX/UI).
• Master the English language. Speaking Dutch is a plus.
• Proficient in user‑centric design methods.
• Strategic, empathic and holistic thinker.
• Available from September or October for 40 hours a week. Start date to be determined in mutual agreement.

• • Mr schaal: €3.758 – €4.832 bruto per maand
• • Based on a full‑time 40‑hour per week contract, excluding 8% holiday allowance.
