Purpose

This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team brings together creatives, strategists, social specialists, media experts, and technologists to create work that drives both brand growth and business impact.

We're looking for a Junior Creative who is eager to learn, curious by nature, and passionate about creating ideas that connect with people. Whether your background is in copy, design, content creation, emerging technology, or a combination of disciplines, you're excited to develop your craft while working on a diverse portfolio of brands and challenges.

We will match you to a day-to-day teammate on our projects. You'll collaborate with experienced Creatives, Strategists, Designers, Social Specialists, Creative Technologists, and Client Teams to help bring campaigns, content, and creative concepts to life. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects across brand, social, digital, integrated campaigns, and emerging creative technology solutions while learning how great creative work is developed from brief to execution.

This role is ideal for someone who is culturally aware, digitally native, and excited by the possibilities of AI, automation and new technologies. You'll be given the support, mentorship, and opportunities needed to grow your creative confidence and develop your own point of view.

As our creative department continues to evolve, we're looking for someone who brings fresh perspectives, new energy, and a genuine passion for creativity and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the development of creative concepts, campaigns, content, and innovative digital experiences across multiple clients and channels.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorms, creative reviews, concept development sessions, and innovation workshops.
  • Help create copy, social content, presentations, visual explorations, campaign assets, and creative prototypes.
  • Explore how AI, automation, emerging platforms, and creative technology can strengthen ideas and solve client challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with Creatives, Strategists, Designers, Social Specialists, and Creative Technologists to bring ideas to life.
  • Stay up to date with cultural trends, emerging platforms, consumer behaviour, and new technologies.
  • Participate in creative research, inspiration gathering, trend spotting, and technology scouting.
  • Support the creation of work across social, digital, CRM, content, integrated campaigns, and innovative brand experiences.
  • Continuously develop your creative craft through feedback, mentorship, experimentation, and hands‑on experience.
What You Bring
  • 0 - 3 years of experience in a creative, content, social, technology, or advertising environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, curiosity, and potential, whether through professional, freelance, educational, or personal projects.
  • Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills in English.
  • Passion for creativity, storytelling, culture, technology, and digital experiences.
  • Interest in AI, creative technology, emerging platforms, and how technology can unlock new forms of creativity.
  • Curious mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, and challenge yourself.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Active interest in social media, internet culture, innovation, and evolving consumer behaviours.
  • Positive energy, initiative, and a desire to contribute beyond your experience level.
