XITE delivers premium music video experiences across four core products:
Global & International (Europe & North America) – FAST:
Free Ad‑Supported Streaming TV, available on smart TVs across Europe and North America with 26 genre‑ and decade‑based channels;
Interactive TV App: available on smart TVs across Europe and North America, featuring 200+ curated playlists for a personalized viewing experience. The Netherlands – Linear Television: available through all major Dutch cable and fiber providers; XITE Music: 51 non‑stop audio channels, exclusively for viewers in the Netherlands.

We’re looking for a Junior Video & Content Editor (min. 32 hours/week) to join our production & content team in Amsterdam. You'll create videos and graphics for our social channels, TV channel, and interactive TV app and work closely with a Graphic Designer and an Allround Video & Content Creator.

• Work with existing templates to produce promo content: ad slates, teasers, idents, and leader formats.
• Support the creation of short‑form promo video content (stories, reels, ads) and visual assets like banners, EPG images, and logos.
• Sync video with audio and add music or sound elements where needed.
• Apply basic text animations and motion elements in line with XITE brand guidelines.
• Keep project files, templates, and media assets organized.
• Make revisions based on feedback and help keep projects on track.

• Hands‑on experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic experience with audio editing (music and voice‑overs).
• A creative eye and proactive mindset.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Adobe Illustrator or InDesign experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch; comfortable working in English.
• Based in or around Amsterdam, available to come into the office three days a week.
