Description of the project.
In our small and cozy Sewing Studio, we work with reused jeans to create sustainable bags and unique products. Think laptop sleeves, picnic blankets, kitchen aprons, pencil cases and oven mitts. There is plenty of room for creativity: if you have your own design or idea, we are happy to think along with you. Experience is not necessary—you learn by doing, at your own pace.
The work does require concentration, fine motor skills and precision.
In the Sewing Workshop, you can work with:
- Making products from reused jeans
- Collaborate on products for sale
- Creatively working with textiles and developing your own designs
- Pattern drawing
- Fashion design
- Course on circular fashion & textiles
- Course on sustainable fashion
Opening hours:
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 09:00 – 12:30 am and/or 13:00 – 16:30 pm.
Number of half-day sessions: minimum 2, maximum 6
Group size: 3 - 7 participants
