Responsibilities Own and drive aesthetic output and execution for Tommy Studios, focusing on photography, videography, still‑life and artificial‑intelligence productions.
Coordinate and harmonise visual elements across lighting, background, styling, model grooming and composition to produce cohesive on‑brand imagery.
Inspire and guide a team of Art Directors to deliver innovative work that elevates the brand and supports the consumer journey.
Ensure high‑quality creative output that meets brand visual standards and project briefs.
Develop, update and communicate guidelines for still‑life, on‑model and AI‑based content outputs.
Collaborate with marketing, commercial and production teams to integrate storytelling and branding into digital product content.
Lead, mentor and empower Art Directors, providing clear feedback and setting the creative quality bar.
Host seasonal kick‑offs, briefings and workshops for full‑time and freelance associates.
Foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages new ideas and professional growth.
Work closely with marketing, E‑commerce, business units and consumer insights to align creative efforts with business objectives.
Coach, train and oversee freelance crew comprising photographers, stylists, makeup artists and models.
Partner with Operations & Production to ensure efficient creative processes that meet time and cost targets.
Support the use of AI tools for content creation and output improvement.
Test and drive new PDP creative treatments, techniques and methods using the latest resources and technologies.
Conduct competitor and industry trend research and perform regular quality reviews of on‑site imagery.
Qualifications Visual art direction eye with a deep understanding of photography, lighting, styling, casting, colour and body language.
Exceptional communication skills to convey ideas and vision to leadership and stakeholders.
Motivational leadership in guiding, mentoring and providing constructive feedback.
Strong project‑management skills balancing quality, time, cost and resources.
Collaborative, responsible team player who encourages positive synergy.
High attention to detail and meticulous organization.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with outstanding multitasking abilities.

Experience Requisites Minimum 7years creating high‑volume fashion content in a commercial studio.
Minimum 5years in fashion art direction.
Minimum 5years in team‑management/leadership roles.
Proven experience in e‑commerce fashion photography (required).
Education & Skillset Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Art Direction, Photography, Design or related field.
Business‑level fluency in spoken and written English.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Teams and Keynote.
Competency in Capture One, Creative Force and an active interest in AI tools.
