Art Director Manager E-Commerce

Position  The Manager, Art Direction, E-Commerce supports an operational environment to produce compelling content at high volume, while maintaining brand consistency and visual clarity to drive digital consumer engagement. The role bridges commercial objectives and brand positioning, serving as the global creative guardian for all studio‑based product detail page (PDP) visual content. Governing still and moving assets from conception to delivery, the Manager ensures consistent output that meets brand guidelines, is visually appealing, product‑focused, and aligns with daily productivity targets.
Main Responsibilities   Own and drive all aspects of aesthetic output and execution across photography, style‑out, videography, still‑life, and artificial intelligence productions for PDP content and capsules.
Ensure cohesive, on‑brand, and elevated visual output across lighting, white balance, background, styling, outfit allocation, and dressing.
Oversee model presentation, including hair, makeup, nails, grooming, body language, and expressions.
Control shot mapping, margins, image sequencing, angles, crops, and composition to meet strategic and operational goals.
Manage model casting, booking, and liaison with freelance content creation crews to optimise workflows.
Direct retouching and editing to uphold quality standards and adherence to the brand’s visual guidelines.
Inspire the creative team to produce innovative work that elevates the brand and supports the consumer journey.
Maintain high‑quality creative output, ensuring brand visual standards and brief compliance.
Develop, update, and communicate still‑life, on‑model, and artificial‑intelligence output guidelines.
