IBG has more than 300 colleagues spread over 13 locations worldwide and specializes in turnkey solutions, private label and packaging for the Beauty and Home Care industry in the Netherlands.

As an Artwork & Development Coordinator, you are the bridge between creative ideas and flawless execution. You ensure that the artwork is right down to the last detail, deadlines are met and internal and external teams are perfectly aligned.

• You are responsible from A to Z for the development of packaging and artwork for our beauty products, managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring on‑time delivery.
• You manage a portfolio of brands, ensuring each line‑up is consistent in look and feel and that new additions fit seamlessly with the existing range.
• You work closely with the Sales team, Artwork Manager, Traffic Manager and other departments so that every project runs smoothly and meets deadlines.
• You coordinate project goals, branding and legal requirements, keeping everyone on the same page.
• You collect technical print specifications, arrange creation and approval of packaging deadlines, and verify compliance with certification logos and artwork.
• You support the Sales team in evaluating pre‑production samples, checking colour, print quality and detail against high standards.
• You analyse progress, identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to prevent delays.
• You contribute to improving processes, thinking about ways to make projects faster, more efficient and increasingly creative.

You are that energetic coordinator who effortlessly switches between creativity and structure, comfortable in a dynamic environment, and always has an eye for detail. With your technical knowledge and creative view, you know how to complete every project successfully.

• Relevant education and experience
  : MBO or HBO education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or Project Management; 2 to 4 years of experience in artwork support or a similar role, preferably within beauty, packaging or FMCG.
• Technical and creative skills
  :
  Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and knowledge of printing techniques and prepress processes.
• Structured and accurate
  :
  Systematic work style, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a strong focus on detail, deadlines and quality standards.
• Strong communication
  :
  Clear and professional communication with colleagues and external partners, and ability to help all teams stay aligned.
