Creative Director (Automotive )

Amsterdam- remote
We are producing a large-scale series of educational videos for automotive clients across Europe. The goal of this campaign is to build consumer confidence in the key selling features of their vehicles.
We are looking for a dedicated  Creative Director  to own the visual and executional direction of this work from end-to-end. You will direct a high-volume, multi-chapter production with consistency and craft—guiding CGI specialists, maintaining visual quality across a large program of films, translating complex technical information into accessible storytelling, and managing structured client feedback with confidence.
Content Scope
Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) Education Series (Ongoing)
MM24 Connected Features (Ongoing)
Partial Hybrid (PHEV) Education Series (Upcoming)
Production Mix
3D development and CGI animation (in partnership with 3D specialists)
2D motion graphics and design
Voiceover (English master; exploring AI VO tools for localization)
Subtitles and supers
Multi-format exports: 9:16, 16:9, 4:5, and 1:1
Deliverables
A combination of long-form omnibus videos and short-film cutdowns (with VO and subtitles)
Supporting static key visuals
Localized asset versions for up to 6 distinct markets
Essential Skills & Requirements
Proven experience as a creative leader on large-scale, high-volume production programs.
Strong ability to guide and art-direct CGI specialists to maintain high visual quality.
Hands-on proficiency in CGI workflows, motion design, and AI-assisted production tools.
A knack for turning complex information into simple, engaging, and accessible storytelling.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage and implement structured client feedback.
Bonus Qualifications
Previous experience working with automotive brands.
A background in technology or consumer education content is a strong advantage.
