As a Visual Designer, you will lead visual craft across both digital and physical touchpoints - from scalable brand systems and identity to art direction and technical production for print & digital. • Build, adapt, and expand scalable brand systems and identity guidelines that work seamlessly across diverse channels and client portfolios.

  • Design high‑impact pitch presentation decks that translate complex creative strategies into compelling visual narratives.

  • Collaborate with the motion team on storyboards - awareness of motion workflow is a plus.

  • Manage technical production for print & digital
, taking creative ideas from initial style frames through to flawless final file delivery across multi-platform formats.

  • Develop strong creative ideas rooted in narrative, pacing, and visual structure.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, creatives, and other disciplines to keep work aligned with the original creative intent.

  • Interest around AI tools and in learning how they can support creative work

  • Stay curious of new tools, references, and production techniques across print and digital.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Art direction experience showing how you craft the visual story, framing, and narrative direction of a project from concept to pitch.

  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining scalable brand systems and identity for large-scale campaigns or growing brands.

  • Proven talent for deck design, with a knack for structuring visual stories, pitch decks, and client presentations that win work.

  • Strong proficiency in technical production for print & digital
, with high attention to detail around file preparation, specs, color management, and production workflows.

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • A strong portfolio showing concept, craft, brand systems and production quality.
