Folia zoekt een hoofdredacteur-directeur voor 32-38 uur per week in Amsterdam. Je combineert redactiewerk met bedrijfsvoering, stelt begrotingen en vijfjarenplannen op en bewaakt deze. Je beheert personeelsbeleid en opleiding van leerling-redacteuren, en onderhoudt contact met bestuur en redactieadviesraad.
De functie vereist ruime redactieve ervaring, leidinggevende kwaliteiten en een ondernemende mentaliteit. De rol opereert binnen de UNL cao en het Folia-team.
