Netflix is seeking a Senior Creative Leader for the Benelux scripted slate, guiding both series and films from pitch to launch. You will lead a cross-functional team, shape a balanced slate, and drive commercially successful projects with editorial judgment and a deep Benelux network.
You will collaborate with Writers, Producers, Directors and On-screen talent, leveraging data and strategic partners to inform decisions while upholding Netflix's culture and standards across the region.
