The Options team is in an exciting phase scaling beyond $1B in monthly options volume, broadening exchange coverage and sharpening execution. We seek a hands‑on Options Trader to work on the continuous trading process: analyze portfolio and fills, propose algorithmic improvements, put on trades, and monitor news/flow to manage risk in real time.

• Supervise and adjust trading exposures across portfolios.
• Interpret market flows, liquidity shifts, and relevant news developments.
• Assess performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Tune, maintain, and oversee automated execution and strategy engines.
• Work closely with quantitative developers and engineers on system design and project priorities.

• Demonstrated professional background in options trading, preferably quantitatively driven.
• Degree in a rigorous quantitative subject such as Mathematics, Physics, Econometrics or similar.
• Advanced numerical capability and sharp analytical judgment
• Python programming proficiency.
