We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of our international private equity fund. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund management, private equity, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to drive financial performance across our portfolio companies.

• Oversee all aspects of the fund s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate potential investment opportunities and conduct financial due diligence
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of portfolio companies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing value creation initiatives
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and valuation methodologies for the fund and its investments
• Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field supplemented with relevant qualifications (e.g. RA, RC, CMA or MBA) is an advantage.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing finance teams
• In-depth knowledge of private equity fund structures, operations, and best practices
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and valuation methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with investors, portfolio company executives, and team members
• Experience with fund accounting software and ERP systems
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP)
